The primary focus of the Foundation is to support the preservation, presentation and documentation of the Artist’s works, and through Programs enabling the Foundation to build the endowment from which it makes cash grants to support Artists and Art programs . A strong commitment to freedom of artistic expression is the fundamental base of the Foundation. We are a organization that fight censorship and protect artists’ rights.
The Foundation use the ownership of the copyright of , Clandestine Culture artworks as an opportunity to create a licensing policies that helps artists and scholars to use Clandestine Culture images for educational and creative purposes. When the Artist’s images are used for commercial purposes, the Foundation’s Revenues from licensing agreements and those earned through the sale of the Artist’s Artworks , are designated to maintain the Foundation’s commitment.
